2 day tour
Day 1 approx 100 miles: We start our tour by meeting at Edinburgh near the Forth Road Bridge taking the coastal road and stopping at the famous golfing town of St Andrews for lunch and fuel. Then north over the Tay Bridge and skirting Dundee and taking the road through the Cairngorm mountains and one of the most spectacular glens, Glen Shee, famous for it’s ski slopes. In this amazing landscape is where we will be camping by the river Isla that flows through the glen. We then set up the tents and fire up the camping stoves so we can enjoy cooking and eating al fresco.
Day 2 approx 110 miles: After the nights camping adventure it’s on to Braemar for breakfast. Then it’s on towards Inverness and south through the Great Glen to take in the west side of Loch Ness. Stopping at Invergarry for fuel and quick break before riding down to the lovely Spean Bridge for lunch. The ride that follows is a beautiful meander through the diverse countryside and twisty roads that lead to Dalwhinny. The perfect resting place to finish the tour and within easy reach of the A9 to take you wherever you need to go.

4 day tour
Day 1 approx 200 miles : Setting off from Perth, the heart of Scotland, and heading north west along the twisty roads of the north side of Loch Earn stopping off at the famous bikers stop The Green Welly for an ice cream and fuel. Then off to the stunningly beautiful Glen Coe along the sweeping bends and stopping in the village for lunch before riding through the famous town of Fort William at the foot of Ben Nevis. Next stop Invergarry for fuel and a leg stretch followed by the breathtaking views of the Five Sisters of Kintail taking us over the Skye Bridge. Once on the Isle of Skye, riding up to Portree to spend the night in the 4 star Bosville Hotel enjoying the local hospitality for the evening.
Day 2 approx 150 miles: After breakfast in the hotel taking a leisurely ride along the tiny coastal road north to The Skye Museum of Highland Life near Uig, to see the beautifully preserved thatched bothys and a taste of how life used to be in the highlands of Scotland. Then heading south back to the mainland to Eilean Donan Castle for lunch and a brief visit. Next to the delightful town of Oban to enjoy 4 star contemporary luxury of the Oban Bay Hotel.
Day 3 approx 100 miles: After devouring another delicious Scottish breakfast and feeding the bikes we take in the stunning views from the coastal road and along the western edge of Loch Fyne to have lunch at Inverarry where we can visit the fascinating Inverarry Jail. In the afternoon riding through Tarbet taking in the north part of Loch Lommand and on through Crainlarich to spend the night in the welcoming Clachan cottage hotel overlooking the beautiful Loch Earn.
Day 4 approx 100 miles: Once again full of food and petrol the final days ride will be through Callander and Stirling skirting Edinburgh and include the breathtaking ride over the Forth road bridge. Heading south joining the A68 one of the best routes in and out of Scotland stopping at the historic town of Jedburgh for lunch and to reflect on the tour and finally the borders viewing point to take in the surrounding countryside and say goodbye to your guide.

The example price below includes all the nights stay in the hotels including breakfasts, all entrance fees for places visited and your tour guide for the whole tour. It does not include bike hire, fuel for your bike(s) or lunches, evening meals and drinks unless specified in your hotel stay. If any of the hotels named above were not available then a hotel of an equal standard would be used resulting in a slight variation in price.
4 day tour: approx £508.25 per person.
